Abstract: The fractional linear invariant time dynamical systems can be presented by a fractional-order transfer function [1]. Moreover, the fractional-order transfer function is very useful in the analysis and the design of linear dynamical systems, which can be used to compute the impulse response energy, also known as the H2-norm [6, 7].
